1) Challenge : Describe the problem you faced or the goal you were trying to achieve.
2) Context : Provide a few details about the environment or the groups or stakeholders involved. If appropriate, mention issues with personnel, budget, schedule, or others.
3) Action : Discuss the steps taken to address the challenge described above. Focus on what you initiated, solved, or accomplished, and be as specific as possible, using date whenever possible.
4) Result : Close by reporting outcomes, final measurement, impact on the organization. As with other steps, use date whenever possible.
